"We hired Secure Tech Systems when we decided to invest in a burglar alarm, following some break-ins in the area we live in.
Adam and his team were quick to respond when we enquired, offering a brilliant consultative service. They took the time to understand our needs and offered several good options to fit the bill. We picked an Ajax alarm that can be controlled by an app and gives us flexibility.
Adam installed this within just a couple of hours - he was polite, courteous and did his best to let us get on with our day as he worked. Pleasingly, he was very tidy and left our place as he found it.
The price for the alarm and installation was great and very competitive based on the research we did at the time.
Adam has been hugely helpful in helping us get our heads round the app, and how to personalise things like sensors for when we leave the house both with and without our dog.
We've only really had one issue, which was a small issue with the Ajax alarm itself but, when we called Adam for guidance, he was able to solve things for us within minutes.
We've had nothing but top service since our initial enquiry.
